Enhanced DBS checks
Every member of staff working with young people holds a current Enhanced DBS check.
Safeguarding & Child Protection policy
Aligned with Keeping Children Safe in Education and Working Together to Safeguard Children.
Studio-specific risk assessments
Covering equipment, supervision ratios and emergency procedures in our own space.
GDPR-compliant data handling
Participant data is stored securely and shared only with authorised workers.
Written consent for all media
Nothing is photographed, filmed or published without written consent, with parents and guardians informed.
Formal incident reporting
Incidents are logged formally and shared with the relevant workers.
A Designated Safeguarding Lead on site
A named DSL is present every day of delivery — not on call, on site.
