Who we work with

What this means for your job.

We work with youth justice and social care teams, schools and alternative provision, councils and commissioners, funders, and partners who reach us independently. Here's what each of you gets.

What every partner gets

Whoever refers, this is the floor.

  • Measurable, reportable progress

Weekly session notes, a skill-by-skill tracking checklist and engagement scoring.

  • A report that feeds your reviews

An end-of-programme report written to drop straight into child in need reviews and PEP meetings.

  • Attendance records for every session

Logged as we go and shared with you. No chasing.

  • Safeguarding and compliance as standard

Enhanced DBS staff, a daily on-site DSL and GDPR-compliant handling throughout.

  • Something real at the end

Every participant leaves with a tangible, portfolio-ready piece of creative work.

By team

And specifically, for you.

Youth Justice & Social Care

Engagement evidence for child in need plans and PEP meetings, without adding to your admin load.

  • Our model sits inside the Youth Justice Board's Child First framework: every young person treated as a child first.
  • Weekly session notes and engagement scoring you can lift straight into a review.
  • An end-of-programme report written to feed into child in need reviews and PEP meetings.
  • A live relationship with Wokingham Youth Justice Service already running.

Schools & Alternative Provision

Something tangible per pupil that a virtual school head or SENCO can point at.

  • Fits Pupil Premium Plus and virtual school funding routes.
  • A non-school environment where a pupil who has stopped turning up will.
  • Attendance records for every session, shared with you.
  • Each pupil finishes with real work for a portfolio, not a certificate.

Councils & Commissioners

Evidence this works and can scale, and a clear read on cost against placement and exclusion costs.

  • Delivered by an established studio with 10+ years of industry trading behind it.
  • Structured, repeatable delivery, with the same session framework every time.
  • Reporting and attendance data available across every participant.
  • Get in touch for programme costs and the funding routes partners use.

Funders & Partners

Mission, impact evidence, team credibility and financial transparency.

  • A clear model with defined outputs for every participant.
  • A team with national industry credits and prior youth-justice delivery.
  • Anonymised case studies and aggregate outcome reporting.
  • Happy to talk through governance, safeguarding and finances in detail.

Community Partners

To understand what we do, who it's for, and how to start a conversation.

  • Referrals reach us outside the council pipeline too, and always have.
  • A real working studio you're welcome to come and see.
  • Three-day workshops that make a low-commitment first step easy.
  • One conversation is usually enough to work out whether we fit.

Behind the scenes

Reporting that doesn't land in your inbox.

Turntable Learning runs on its own case-management and reporting system. Tutors, case workers and council staff each see what's relevant to them, in real time, so progress, attendance and session notes are already there when you need them, rather than being chased by email.
